Specifically designed to release tight and uncomfortable muscles and increase blood circulation in hard to reach areas.
These spiky rollers can be used as foot balls, to relieve pain caused by plantar fasciitis, lumbar pain, neck and shoulder pain. The spike ball will reduce muscle tension, improve blood flow, increase body awareness and aid in injury prevention and rehabilitation.
How does it work?
If you are using the balls to self-massage there are a variety of ways you can do it in order to target muscles all over the body.
One of the best ways to use the SpineDeck Spike Ball is to massage your foot sole. This can be used to stimulate the reflexology points that have been shown to have great effects on the rest of the body.
More than 200 pressure points
The spines and the balls are very hard, but they work on my plantar fasciatis. Took a bit to get used to, but I use them daily once I wake up. It has really helped. Recommend for the price.
Not a huge fan of the “hard” plastic material. The spiky balls at the physical therapist have a slightly more silicone-esque finish to them which makes them a tad more gentle.
Works as advertised, especially like the hard to reach spots like the middle of the foot.
After sitting at my home desk for months, I got acute sciatica in my right leg. I ordered these massage balls and they arrived in 2 days. I spent the next week painfully rolling my glutes, hamstrings and quads. Finally, after 5 days, the pain had eased...just in time for my chiropractor appointment. I love the 2 sizes that can target narrow or general areas. The balls also work great at relieving pressure deep in the trapeze muscles. Finally, they also worked well for plantar fasciitis by rolling under the foot. Shifting into my late 30s has been painful indeed...these massage balls helped.
I didn't this that a product like this can help.
