I bought this for my husband for his back because he always wants me to crack his back or massage it. I got the Spine Deck and it’s AMAZING!! You can hear the cracks, can feel the stretch and see the back curve. He loves it!! I tried it as well and it cracked my back and felt sooo good!!! Who knew that a TikTok, Snapchat and Facebook ad was going to change our life for the better? For those of you still debating on whether to get it… TRUST ME… GET IT!!! You’ll thank me later lol.
First time I used it I had been in pain all day, and I was stiff I couldn't lay all the way down with my head on the floor until my back popped in several places allowing me to lay down a little further. I was able to lay on the deck for only 5 minutes as it did hurt. Once I stood up, the pain was much less, I have had 2 surgeries and been in pain for over 10 years I am so excited about what it will do for me.
I just opened up the box today but this spine deck put it on the beginner cuz I didn't want to hurt myself I got to tell you to relief I felt was really good then I tried out the spine neck gadget and I was able to get a couple of knots that was in my neck I hope I'm glad that I gave myself a present for myself it works great I'm going to let my sister know cuz she has chronic back pain.

You've got everything you need, from lower back stretching, to neck and shoulder stretching, plenty of educative materials and extras to take with you at the office / at the gym. I'll definitely be making use of this in the new year. love it.
This brand is truly the original SpineDeck. They include so much more in the box. I will take this with me to the gym in the new year because it is working wonders at home when lying on it. I will use this every day to stretch before and after workouts. Relieves so much tension in my lower back, I am telling y'all.
