Best Christmas gift I got for my fam

I've been working out 5-7 days a week. Thought I'd give this a try to relieve this pain that has been either piriformis muscle or sciatic nerve so I could continue my workout routine. I'll be moving on to level 2 soon but I'm not in a rush. Then the extra accessories help me with my neck pain and make the relaxation a breeze at home. It's worth it - this pack works!

Hard to put together, comfy to use

The best thing I can say about this is that it is indeed sturdy...too sturdy. If you have weak hands or hand/wrist joint issues, get help setting it up. I hurt my bad hand trying to do it alone, cause it wouldnt bend at all to get it locked in place. I doubt I'll be able to get it beyond the lowest arch level, even with using my knees to brace it like the picture directions show. I suggest getting some help and trying to bend the board a bit a few times before trying to fit it onto the support base. That being said, it's not bad to use once you can get it set up. I wasnt sure about the pressure points but they're not uncomfy to lie on.

Pain and simple..it works

I have used this for a little over a month and really all back pain is gone. Yes lower back too....I feel like I am 21 again. You assemble it and get the curve set up on however aggressive(or lowest) you want but I use the least aggressive. I put the widest side next to but and the narrow up on towards the middle of the shoulder blades. I laid on it the first time for 1 minute,,,then roll off and lay flat on my stomach a minute.. I worked up to 3 minutes of stretching twice a week and still roll off and let rest for a minute before getting up. No pain...
My wife uses the neck relaxer and she also loves the spinedeck with the cushion they provide in this pack. hope this helps.
